Houston Travel Marketing Services can e-mail your sales message directly into the INBOX of 4900 Managers and Consultants at 1200 South African travel agencies
Currently and we are reaching about 95% of all SA travel agencies and for the majority of these agencies we have been provided with each consultant’s direct e. mail address.
HOW we send out your message
All broadcasts are professionally designed,edited and broadcast by a specialist e. mail company who send it out in html and plain text format.
All broadcasts are personalised …so the message will read Dear Sally Brown.
In the ‘From’ box,it will read:Houston Travel Marketing Services – and as we are a well known travel mailing company,the mail will not be mistaken for ‘Spam’ mail,However you can have your company name in the ‘from’box.
The “Reply” button will lead the agents directly back to your e. mail address.
The ‘Subject’ box will contain your headline i.e. “Northern Hotels Summer Special.” You can also,of course,include LINKS to your website!
All e. mails will include a FORWARD TO A COLLEAGUE message which further increases the number of consultants your broadcast will reach.
We do not broadcast messages bigger than 75kb as we find that big e. mails do not get through the Agencies firewalls and if they do they take so long to download that they are automatically deleted by the angry recipient!!

a)South Africa –all 4800 addresses – SAR 2900 +VAT (upto 100kb)
Additional costs for emails over 100kb = SAR1050 + VAT
* Logo’s and pics must be sent as a j.p.e.g. file. DESIGN costs @R400 per hour will be levied for html formatting,editing of pictures and graphics and for text corrections. Allow for at least two hours work.
b) GAUTENG only –2250 e-mail addresses – SAR1680 +VAT.
Costs for other provinces/cities available on request.
C) South Africa – 1200 Agencies – from SAR 900+VAT
ONE e-mail sent to The Main contact person in each the agency
Tour Operators broadcasts
a) South African based INBOUND and DOMESTIC tour operators –
2500 e-mail addresses from SAR1875+VAT.
b) South Africa based Incentive Travel operators and conference arranger’s
1112 e. mail addresses SAR850+VAT
