Exhibitors measure success by the number of buyers they meet at trade shows or expo’s. So many times at shows they ask me “Where are the buyers”. This is why it is vitally important to have a good ratio of buyers to sellers.
At Spotlight we endeavour to have a minimum ratio of 4 buyers to one exhibitor (4:1) – this ensures that exhibitors are kept extremely busy with a constant flow of visitors to their tables
At our recent Spotlight in Arusha 298 buyers attended with 45 exhibitors participating (6:1), while in Gaborone 238 trade and corporates from 104 different companies met with 36 exhibitors (6:1).
Both Expo’s providing an excellent buyer to seller ratio!
