To say we were bowled over by Rogge Cloof is an understatement! I am not sure what we enjoyed most – the super Rogge Cloof wines, the fantastic fine dining, the luxurious Orion suites or the windy drive to see the fossils!!

The best was actually the super friendly and enthusiastic team at Rogge Cloof – we learnt so much from them about the Karoo, the dinosaurs, volcanoes etc.

Rogge Cloof is a 5-star luxury lodge set in an 18,000 hectare game farm with Cheetah, over 1000 Springbok as well as Zebra, Wildebeest, Gemsbok, Eland and Blesbok and even the highly endangered Riverine Rabbit.

On Rogge Cloof visitors can do game drives & walks, cheetah tracking, the most amazing star gazing, fossil hunting, volcano visits and mountain biking.

An ideal escape from Cape Town for a relaxing break to enjoy the tranquillity and wide-open spaces so unique to the Karoo.

I would also strongly recommend Rogge for small meetings and an amazing place for weddings with a variety of accommodation for up to 40 guests.
