We have had a huge interest from potential exhibitors for Spotlight Nordics this year, no doubt due to the increased numbers of tourists to Africa from Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and tables are filling up fast!!
We can only accommodate 20 tables so we advise those interested to book as soon as possible .We also have a restriction on the number of exhibitors per country.
During the roadshow you will be able to meet most of the Tour operators and Wholesalers who sell Africa.
We always aim for quality rather than quantity.
Not only did we attract most of the major African Tour operators & wholesaler but what stood out was that the Managing Directors and senior management took the time to visit Spotlight . Operators from Finland, Estonia and in Norway from Bergen and Trondheim also attended.
The interest in Africa and Indian Ocean islands is growing rapidly in the Nordic countries and it was encouraging to meet so many new operators who were planning to introduce Africa & Indian Ocean programmes in 2018.
For the 2018 Roadshow we are concentrating on the three most important outbound markets for Africa – Sweden ,Norway and Denmark.
Once again we will host buyers from Finland and the Baltic states for the Stockholm workshop.
We will also invite the very important Africa Tour Operators from Jutland (Aarhus & Aalborg) to attend in Copenhagen.
The November 2017 Spotlight roadshow was attended by 135 trade visitors from a total of 75 different travel companies, 69 of the staff attending were from Tour Operators/Wholesalers; 45 from Incentive Travel Companies/Travel Agencies.
23 African and Indian Ocean Island companies exhibited representing Botswana, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Namibia, Seychelles, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa & Southern African countries
